About the role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Representative to support our client acquisition and relationship management efforts. This is an ideal position for someone early in their sales career who wants to grow within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will play a key role in qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing to the development of long-term relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Qualification & Acquisition
- Qualify potential clients via phone, email, Skype, and other communication channels.
- Gather and analyze relevant information to identify valuable prospects.
- Work with inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and other sources.
- Proactively generate leads when necessary to support pipeline growth.
- Provide feedback to improve the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and support product development.
Sales Pipeline & Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Collect data to better understand client needs and improve sales effectiveness.
- Close monthly and long-term small and medium-size contracts.
- Deep insight into client challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor and update the sales pipeline to ensure healthy conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
Company Representation
- Represent the company during events, conferences, and other relevant networking opportunities.
- Actively explore and test new sales channels and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
- Self-driven and organized with attention to detail
- Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative in a team environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead qualification is a plus.
