About the role
Voluum, the industry-leading analytical SaaS platform for performance marketers, is looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales Team.
In this entry-level role, you’ll connect with potential clients through phone, email, and online channels, qualify leads, conduct LinkedIn research, and support day‑to‑day sales activities. It’s the perfect opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, learn from seasoned professionals, and pave your way toward a future Sales Manager position.

Key outcomes of the role
- Qualify incoming leads at the early stages of the sales funnel.
- Identify and verify prospects across multiple channels (phone, email, Skype).
- Book and engage prospects for demo calls.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Conduct first‑ and second‑level research (e.g., LinkedIn) to support lead qualification.
- Prioritise and categorise leads before passing them to the Sales Team.
- Follow up on leads and support ongoing prospecting activities.
- Provide daily activity reports (calls, emails, outreach stats).
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Team Lead.
- Understand customer needs to ensure strong lead qualification.
- Occasionally handle small‑scale sales opportunities.
- Opportunity to progress into a Sales Manager or other business-focused roles.
About you
- Highly driven and motivated
- Keen interest in sales and desire to grow in this field (experience in sales is not required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities
- A can-do attitude, openness, and the ability to talk to different kinds of people from different countries
- Being open to travel and attend international conferences
Experience and skills that will help you succeed
- Knowledge of using Hubspot CRM and Hubspot Sales
- Understanding of performance marketing and affiliate marketing
