About the role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic link between the product, the market, and the customer. This role is responsible for driving go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling product positioning and messaging, and ensuring successful product adoption and engagement.
Lead in-depth market and customer research to uncover insights that shape product development and marketing strategies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Care—you’ll develop impactful content, enable commercial teams, and track performance to continuously refine and optimize marketing efforts. Your work will ensure that our products resonate with the right audiences and deliver clear, differentiated value in the market.

Key outcomes of the role
Customer & Market Insights:
- Conduct and update in-depth market and customer research to identify target audiences, create product positioning and inform GTM strategies, including analysis of current product use, customer personas and potential opportunities through interviews, focus groups and surveys.
- Evaluate all existing products to understand competitive advantages, gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product development and share insights with teams to ensure alignment for customer and market needs.
Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Develop clear positioning and messaging that communicates the value of our products – looking specifically at how we resolve pain points and educate users on how to use the product.
Go to Market (GTM) Strategy:
- Own product launches and GTM strategies, working with Product, Marketing, Commercial and Customer Care teams to ensure successful adoption and revenue growth.
Commercial Enablement:
- Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams in the creation of necessary collateral, training, tools, FAQs, battlecards to drive awareness and growth.
Content Development:
- Partner with Marketing team to drive product marketing activities and messaging to potential customers through content on website, blogs, sales documents and product videos, to clearly share the product benefits and reasons to believe. Translate technical information into clear, user-friendly content highlighting key benefits.
Product Adoption & Engagement:
- Partner with Product teams to build customer experiences based on insights that you gather from engaged customers. Collaborate with Product teams to equip Customer Care teams with necessary product knowledge and resources to support users.
Performance Measurement:
- Track campaign and product marketing performance, using insights to refine strategy
- Align with other PMMs to build sets of tools, templates and best practices for the role.
About you
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or digital protection industries
- Experience working in domain services, digital identity or brand protection solutions is a plus
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to develop messaging for enterprise audiences
- Experience using marketing and CRM platforms, such as Hubspot, Google Analytics or similar tools
