About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic Publisher Account Manager to join our team and drive success across our partner network. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with publishers, ensuring a consistent and high-quality supply of inventory to support our advertising campaigns.

You’ll negotiate commercial terms, manage budgets, and continuously optimise performance to meet strategic goals. This position blends relationship management, data-driven decision-making, and commercial acumen. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the ongoing growth of our publisher ecosystem.

The role is a fixed term contract until the end of May 2027.

Key outcomes of the role

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with publishers, providing proactive support and troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Collect and share feedback from partners to improve platform features.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Onboard new partners, including platform demonstrations and training.
  • Analyze publisher performance, identify anomalies, and adjust margins to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams on supply-demand matching, quality assurance, onboarding, and invoicing.

About you

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of building and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable with daily contact with external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and act on insights.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis.
  • Excellent English (spoken and written).
  • Based in or near Kraków, Poland 
Experience and skills that will help you succeed
  • Experience in account management, business development, or digital advertising (preferably traffic acquisition, programmatic, or affiliate marketing).
  • Good understanding of online advertising ecosystems (CPC/CPA/CPM, supply & demand, tracking, etc.).
  • Familiarity with API integrations or XML/JSON feeds.
  • Familiarity with basics of SQL
